 A Place for Holistic Growth

Teenagers are among the most dynamic, idealistic, and driven members of our society. Supporting them to take charge of their learning and become positive contributors in their lives and community is what we are here to do.

We prioritize the balance of both academic and spiritual aspects, enabling students to gain deeper insights into the purpose of their lives and the values they wish to embody and contribute to society.

Hear from one of our 2023 Graduates!

Emma, our recent graduate, shares about her first impressions of the school, her experience with the academics, and her thoughts on the daily practice of yoga and meditation.

She admits that she was skeptical at first about a "school of happiness", but a year later, she exclaims that "it actually works!".

A highlight of Emma's time at LWHS has been her personal passions project, which has focused on neuroscience, psychology, and medicine. Through this project, Emma interviewed and shadowed a Stanford neurosurgeon and professor, and recently did a 2-month internship at the VA hospital in Palo Alto. She is thrilled to be following her passions and learning exactly what she wants to learn!
